How to Start 3D Printing at Home

Step 1: Choose the Right 3D Printer
Start by choosing a reliable, versatile 3D printer. For this project, we used the Creality K2 Plus Combo, which supports multi-color printing and has a large build volume — ideal for printing detailed parts like the electronic keyboard kit.
Step 2: Download the STL Model

Find the Portable Electronic Keyboard Kit model STL file on the Creality cloud models page.

Download the STL file: Click the download button to save the STL file to your computer. Most kits are organized into multiple files for easier printing and assembly.

Once downloaded, you’ll be ready to slice the model and begin printing. Make sure to store the files in a clearly labeled folder for easy access later.
Step 3: Start printing the Electronic keyboard kit
Open the downloaded STL file in the local Crealityprint software,Choose the right consumable for slicing and printing, here I chose hyper pla consumable.

Choose to add your 3d printer. Here I'm using the k2 plus combo.

After selecting the slice plate. Here you need to link to select your printer to print, the K2 plus combo 3d printer can be turned on for auto-leveling.

Then print the product accessories.
Step 4: Remove the Printing Electronic keyboard kit
After a few hours of waiting, you'll be able to see a complete accessory. Be careful not to break the accessories when removing them. You can click How to Remove 3D Print from Bed for more details.

Step 5: Assemble the Electronic keyboard kit
The work on the 3d printer is done. Now it's time to show hands-on skills. We need to follow the installation steps, and then we will get a handy electronic keyboard kit.
