Examples of information we obtain from other sources include: social media profile information (your name, gender, birthday, email, current city, state and country, user identification numbers for your contacts, profile picture URL, and any other information you choose to make public); marketing leads and search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links).

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to minors under the age of 14. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 14 years of age or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor family member’s use of the App. If we learn that personal information from a user under the age of 14 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to promptly delete such data from our records. 10. What are your privacy rights?
In Short: You can review, change, or terminate your account at any time.
If at any time you would like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:
■- Log in to your account settings and update your user account. Once you request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.
-Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list - however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account. 11. Controls for Do Not Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting, you can activate to the feature or setting to signal your privacy preference—not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. Therefore, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice that not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Intellectual Property and Liability
The intellectual property ownership and related legal responsibilities of the model files, design results and other derivative contents (collectively referred to as "User Generated Content") scanned by the user using this software and its supporting equipment shall be borne by the user. The user shall ensure that the generated content does not infringe any third party's patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights or other legal rights.
Brand Disclaimer As a product or service provider, the Company does not participate in the specific creation, modification or application process of user-generated content, nor does it bear any direct, indirect or joint liability for possible intellectual property infringements of such content. If there are any legal disputes such as patent infringement and copyright disputes caused by user-generated content, the user shall bear all litigation, compensation and other legal consequences independently.
13. Disclaimer
The Company does not assume any responsibility for the consequences of personal information leakage, data tampering or loss caused by improper storage of account information by users (including but not limited to password leakage, account sharing, device loss, etc.).
The Company shall not be liable for compensation for personal information leakage, service abnormality or data loss caused by force majeure (such as hacker attacks, computer viruses, government regulations, natural disasters, network service interruptions, etc.).
When users access third-party links or websites through our products or services, any liability for information leakage or legal disputes caused by the third-party's actions shall be borne independently by the third party.
The Company does not assume any responsibility for the leakage of personal information and legal disputes caused by other reasons that are not the fault of the Company or beyond its control (including but not limited to failures of telecommunications operators, user operational errors, third-party system vulnerabilities, etc.).
