How to Update?
Please follow the instruction below strictly.Otherwise,the update may fail.
For V1.2.9.14 and earlier firmware:
Update to v1.2.9.15 via USB Drive → Update to V1.2.9.22 via OTA/USB Drive → Update to V1.3.30 via OTA/USB Drive.
For V1.2.9.17~1.2.9.21 firmware:
Update to V1.2.9.22 via OTA/USB Drive → Update to V1.3.30 via OTA/USB Drive.
For V1.3.0.30 firmware:
Update to V1.3.1.4 via USB Drive or from Creality Cloud APP.
Requirements of Different Update Methods
· To update via a USB drive, please download and store the firmware in the USB drive. The download address is：

· To update via OTA, please ensure the printer can access the internet.
· To update from Creality Cloud APP, please ensure the printer is connected to Creality Cloud.
Notes
1.During the firmware update, the printer will reboot automatically many times. Please wait until the rebooting is complete before any operation.
2.After the firmware update, please do the self-tests before printing.
3.The update process can be complex with many steps. For unexpected failures, please find our after-sales team on the official website.
4.The V1.3.1.4 includes a privacy agreement that users need to agree to use the network function. If not agreed, the printer will always stay offline in Creality Cloud, not accessible to cloud printing or monitoring.
5.The firmware is constantly iterating, please always update it to the latest version.
