      Job Responsibilities:

      1.Monitor sales performance, retail KPIs, non-selling activities, team structures and identify solutions in order to drive business performance of our retail account.
      2. Partner with the Store teams to improve and streamline retail operations.
      3. Optimize productivity with the purpose of enhancing and improving the client experience.

      Qualifications:

      1. More than 3 years of work experience, bachelor degree or above, English can be used as working language;
      2. Science and engineering backgroud, relevant work experience in the 3D printer/smart hardware industry is preferred;
      3. Hard-working, proactive, good affinity, teamwork spirit, and those with relevant after-sales service experience are preferred;
      4. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong execution ability;
      5. Accept business travels.

      Job Responsibilities:

      1. Focus on new business-to-business account development. Generating revenue and meeting monthly sales targets.
      2. Undertake the relevant policies on key account issued by the headquarters, and implement them in the local market.
      3. According to the requirements of the headquarters, visit customers and stores, follow up the sales situation and give feedback;
      4. Responsible for providing continuous support to key accounts;
      5. Liaison, evaluation, screening, elimination and renewal of key accounts;
      6. Provide training, pre-sales assistance, after-sales customer service and technical support, etc.to our key accounts;
      7. Cooperate withour key accounts to perform cost analysis and control;
      8. Continuous improvement of key account management strategy.

      Qualifications:

      1. College degree or above, proficient in English, accepting business travels;
      2. Have a strong sense of responsibility, and have good interpersonal communication skills, negotiation ability;
      3. Experience in 3C electronics, drones, technology industries are preferred

      Job Responsibilities:

      1. Assist the country manager to formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies for the Japanese market to develop new customers and business opportunities;
      2. Establish and maintain good relationships with new and old customers, understand customer needs and feedback, and provide high-quality customer service;
      3. Responsible for sales targets and performance in the Japanese market, conduct sales negotiations with customers, and reach business cooperation agreements;
      4. Organize and participate in exhibitions, conferences and promotional activities in the Japanese market to increase brand awareness and product exposure;
      5. Handle import and export order tracking, delivery, logistics tracking.

      Qualifications:

      1. Fluent oral and written Japanese skills, able to handle daily business negotiations;
      2. Have a certain ability in market research, competition analysis, customer relationship management, etc.;

      Job Responsibilities:

      1. Get to know functions, markets, and use scenarios of our 3D printers, and write all kinds of copies highlighting their USPs and customer values.
      2. Draft comprehensive product page plans that match texts with reference pictures/videos to showcase the selling points and features of the products.
      3. Communicate with graphic designers and video makers to ensure the timely delivery of the Point of Sale materials (POSM).
      4. Communicate with R&D, marketing, and branding teams to properly convey key messages in writing ads, posts, press releases, blogs, etc.
      5. Translate copies and write speech scripts for product launch or other events.
      6. Make sure the facts in copies are correct and not misleading.
      7. Fulfill other copywriting, translation or proofreading tasks as assigned.

      Qualifications:

      1. Proven track record of copywriting in English.
      2. Native English speaker and able to communicate in Chinese.
      3. Able to make thoughtful product page plans and pitch them to related parties.
      4. Accept advice from others to improve the copies constantly.
      5. Preferably, holding a college degree in marketing or science.
      6. Preferably, interested in fiddling with electronic devices.
