The printer supports resumed printing and records can be save automatically when we encounter sudden outage. Just one click to resume printing after repowering.
  • Is there any requirement for the working environment?
Keep at the room temperature. If the ambient temperature is lower than 10°C, the hot bed temperature needs to be heated up to around 60°C before printing.
  • How to solve the problem if the nozzle knocks over the model?
Start the function of uplifting Z-axis during retraction, and set the lifting height at 0.2mm.
  • What should I do when there is a gap in the capped part of the model?
    1) Thicken the top solid layer by 1.2mm.
    2) Increase the fill rate of the model by 20-30%.
    3) Adjust the filling overlap at 15-25%.
    4) Repair the model.
  • Why do the bottom supporting pillars fail to adhere well?
Because the supporting pillar's contact surface is small, it's difficult to adhere directly to the platform. Adding a base to the model is a good solution.
  • How to solve the issue of edge warping?
Set the temperature for hotbed at 50-60°C. Re-level and keep the distance around the thickness of one sheet of A4 paper between the nozzle and the hot bed with printing area coated with solid gum.

    1) Setting of hotbed temperature is too low/room temperature is lower than 10°C. Normally, set the temperature for hotbed at about 50°C when printing, if the weather is cold, it can be set at 60°C.
    2) Re-level and keep the distance around the thickness of one sheet of A4 paper between the nozzle and the hotbed.
  • How to solve the problem if it’s printing without filaments?
    1) Check whether the extrusion gear above the motor is loose. If yes, tighten the top screw.
    2) Check whether the filament is knotted. If yes, organize it.
    3) Clean the Teflon tube if the nozzle is jammed.
  • How to solve the problem if the outer wall of the printed model is not perfect (like having speckles)?
You can try to reduce the extrusion flow via the slicing software. Print it again after re-slicing.
  • Why is the model not in the middle of the hotbed during printing?
1)When slicing, the model itself is not placed in the middle of the slicing software. Place the model in the middle of the interface and then slice it again.
2)The dimension inside the software fails to match the actual size of the machine itself. Open the slicing software and then correct the machine’s dimension.
