    2. If the model support is not properly added, the model will not have enough support to hold it when printing, which will lead to printing failure. Therefore, it is necessary to add support to the model again;
    3. The exposure time is too short, the curing time of resin is not enough, which leads to printing failure. The exposure time can be appropriately prolonged (in the unit of 2S);
    4. The release film is seriously worn, which leads to weak light transmission and can not cure the resin well, so it can be replaced with a new release film
  • Why is the printed model partially broken?
    1. Too few supports are added, which can not effectively pull the model and add supports again;
    2. The problems of the model itself, such as broken surface and broken edge, can be solved by model repair;
    3. If the wall thickness of the model is less than 0.5mm, the printing effect of the machine will be poor. The wall thickness can be increased to ensure that the wall thickness is at least 1mm;
    4. The release film is seriously worn, which leads to weak light
  • How to judge whether the release film on the resin vat is damaged?
    1. The resin vat can be cleaned up and observed directly with eyes to see if there are obvious holes in the release membrane;
    2. You can fill the resin vat with water, dry the bottom of it, and then put a piece of paper under it. After a period of time, see if the paper is wet or not

      Semiconductor laser unit.
    • What's the radium engraving on the machine profile used for?

      It is convenient to measure the size of the object and assist in locating the engraving area.
    • What'll happen if the machine powered off during working?

      It will stop working. The machine will be initialized when powered on.
    • Why is the engraving effect so shallow?

      The imported image should be clear. Make sure that focusing correctly before engraving and the power and speed are appropriate.
    • Why is the engraved effect different from the original image?

      Check that the screws are tight and the belt is not too loose or too tight. The tightness of the belt is appropriate if the laser module can slide slowly on the X-axis profile perpendicular to the desktop by gravity and any pulley in the laser module has no empty sliding.
    • What should I do if the engraving effect is inconsistent in depth?

      Ensure that the material to be engraved is flat. Observe the gradient on the machine to ensure that the machine is horizontal, and has been properly adjusted according to the operation method of the user manual.
    • Will the laser damage the workbench?

      The laser may penetrate the material and damage the workbench (especially when cutting). It is recommended to place objects on the bottom that cannot be penetrated by the laser, such as stainless steel plates, aluminum alloy plates, etc.
    • Why can't the machine read the G-code file (or read the wrong file)?

      Please check if the TF card is inserted. The machine reads the latest engraving file(.gcode/.gc/.g/.nc/.ngc) in the root directory of the TF card by default. It is recommended to delete other engraving files in the root directory.
    • How to replace the filter cotton in the 5W laser module?

      Take out the filter cotton directly when powered off. Clean it with water, dry it, and put it back (or replace it with a new one). Be careful not to touch the protective lens of the laser module.
    • What should I do if the buzzer makes a rapid alarm sound?

      In preview and engraving modes, if the machine turns on its side or moves, it will turn off the laser. The motor stops moving, the indicator light flashes, and the buzzer emits an alarm. Solution: Please move the machine to its original position and press the microswitch on the control box to continue previewing or engraving after clearing abnormality (The microswitch only works during offline working).
