Troubleshooting
Turn on the device's network and check if WiFi hotspots can be detected (to rule out cases where there's only one hidden WiFi network, you can also use your phone's hotspot for testing).
Device Cannot Detect Any WiFi Hotspots
First, verify if the WiFi is 5G network. Only K2 Plus supports both 2.4GHz/5GHz WiFi, while K2 and K2 Pro only support 2.4GHz WiFi.
If you're unsure whether your WiFi is 5G, you can enable your phone's hotspot for testing (phone hotspots default to 2.4GHz). If the device still can't detect the phone's hotspot, it might be a WiFi module malfunction. Replace the corresponding PCB module - you can contact customer service to report this issue.
Device Can Detect WiFi Hotspots
If the device can detect WiFi hotspots but has weak signal, difficulty connecting, or frequently disconnects, these issues are likely caused by a detached WiFi antenna. You can open the device's display screen as shown in the picture and reattach the internal antenna.

Normal WiFi Signal and Correct Password, Still Cannot Connect.
- Check blacklist: The router may have blacklisted the printer.
- Router quality issues: May become unstable or freeze after long operation, requiring router restart.
- IP address conflict: After long periods of disconnection, your assigned IP address may be used by other devices.
- Too many connected devices: Router may reject new connections when device limit is reached.
- Static IP settings: Some wireless routers require manual IP address configuration. Refer to Wiki article (How to set Static IP Address?) for static IP setup.
