      3) Clean the Teflon tube if the nozzle is jammed.
    • How to solve the problem if the outer wall of the printed model is not perfect (like having speckles)?

      You can try to reduce the extrusion flow via the slicing software. Print it again after re-slicing.
    • Why is the model not in the middle of the hotbed during printing?

      1)When slicing, the model itself is not placed in the middle of the slicing software. Place the model in the middle of the interface and then slice it again.
      2)The dimension inside the software fails to match the actual size of the machine itself. Open the slicing software and then correct the machine’s dimension.

  • What kind of light source does the machine use?
    Integral light source (wavelength 405nm)
  • Can filaments of different colors be mixed together?
    For the same manufacturer, resins of the same property (such as all rigid photosensitive resins) can be mixed properly, but it is not recommended to operate in this way for a long time. Even if the resin of the same property has different composition, the quality of the printed model may be affected (in terms of strength and toughness)
  • How much resin is suitable?
    The respective capacity of the scale line on the vat : 140ml/170ml/225ml/285ml
  • How long can the resin poured into the tank be stored?
    Generally do not exceed three months . When you do not print, you must cover the acrylic cover of the machine to avoid ultraviolet light
  • Can the used resin be returned to the bottle?
    Yes, the resin needs to be filtered with a funnel when it is poured back into the bottle
  • The model keeps sticking and prints nothing?
    1. Irregular models (such as circles) cause gaps or few contact surfaces between the model and the platform, and the model will fall during printing. Generally, it can be solved by adjusting the model placement angle and adding support;
    2. If the model support is not properly added, the model will not have enough support to hold it when printing, which will lead to printing failure. Therefore, it is necessary to add support to the model again;
    3. The exposure time is too short, the curing time of resin is not enough, which leads to printing failure. The exposure time can be appropriately prolonged (in the unit of 2S);
    4. The release film is seriously worn, which leads to weak light transmission and can not cure the resin well, so it can be replaced with a new release film
  • Why is the printed model partially broken?
    1. Too few supports are added, which can not effectively pull the model and add supports again;
    2. The problems of the model itself, such as broken surface and broken edge, can be solved by model repair;
    3. If the wall thickness of the model is less than 0.5mm, the printing effect of the machine will be poor. The wall thickness can be increased to ensure that the wall thickness is at least 1mm;
    4. The release film is seriously worn, which leads to weak light
  • How to judge whether the release film on the resin vat is damaged?
    1. The resin vat can be cleaned up and observed directly with eyes to see if there are obvious holes in the release membrane;
    2. You can fill the resin vat with water, dry the bottom of it, and then put a piece of paper under it. After a period of time, see if the paper is wet or not
